Company & Vision
BB Consult GmbH was founded in 1998 and is a company specialised on capital markets solutions, with a main focus on:
+ integration and consolidation of cross-asset-platforms
+ managed services for the productive operation of these platforms
+ digital transformation
+ data management for process optimization and decision support
+ data mining / analysis for capital market platforms
We combine our excellent product, business and IT know-how with suitable project management methodology for an efficient implementation.
Our standard is not only to support capital markets organisations in their current transformation processes, but also to be a lasting, reliable partner. Through a continuing focus on this business, we distinguish ourselves from, for example, major service providers, who typically set their strategic focus on major projects. Capital markets projects in German financial institutes, which typically do not account for multi-digit millions of Euros, are of little interest to these companies. Therefore, these service providers lack sustainability in market cultivation, customer care and solution competence. With our standard, we strive to be regarded as a company for banking technology with the focus on capital markets within Germany.

Management
Robert Binder was born on the 3rd of December 1965 in New York (USA). In 1990, he graduated from TU Darmstadt with a degree in Business Information Technology (Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker). He was employed by well-known consultancies as an international banking and asset management consultant. He was also, inter alia, responsible for successfully developing the consulting business on the topics of capital markets and risk management in the German-language area. In 1998, Robert Binder founded BB Consult GmbH. He has more than 25 years of experience in the banking market.
Gerald Leitner-Leis was born on the 1st of February 1975 in Linz (Austria). Following his education in computer science, since 1998 he has been successfully working with BB Consult as a capital markets field consultant and has gained comprehensive expertise in trading systems and system integration. Since 2018, Gerald Leitner-Leis has been managing director of BB Consult GmbH and is responsible for Capital Markets Platforms (e.g. Murex) and Business Intelligence.
